Woodlawn Wagyu Beef
Raised right here at home, Woodlawn’s Wagyu beef is beautifully marbled, incredibly flavorful, and local from start to finish—raised on the pasture and crops of the Mettawee Valley.
Why Wagyu?
Wagyu beef is renowned for its marbling, tenderness, flavor, and concentration of healthy fats. Woodlawn Wagyu, an F1 (first generation) Wagyu-Holstein cross bred and raised at Woodlawn Farm, combines the qualities of Wagyu with the hardiness and size of Holstein—producing beautiful beef at affordable prices.
